Define the workflow before choosing an all-in-one tool

The useful all-in-one question is whether one product covers your required job at the plan you will buy. A profile audience, a one-account campaign, an AI-assisted reply workflow and a three-account monitoring operation are different requirements. A tool may cover several of them while charging separately for an inbox, imported profiles, connected senders or AI access. The lowest entry price cannot answer whether the complete workflow is included.

Use four verbs to write the brief: find the people, reach them through the appropriate process, manage the conversation and next action, and automate the stages that actually need it. Add your existing tools and the record that must be preserved. A working external CRM or enrichment provider can remain valuable. Requiring every stage to live in one product can hide a good native route or encourage replacement of a system your team already uses well.

The Leadsforlinked plan must cover the chosen job

Current displayed EUR monthly catalogue; published access, rather than an execution benchmark.
PlanRequired job it coversBoundary
Free / BasicFree: 100 signup profile leads, no card, in batches of 20. Basic €4.99/month: extraction, CSV, audiences and email support.Source-data evaluation or paid extraction. These offers do not unlock the campaign/inbox or AI layer.
Starter · €29/monthBasic plus one connected LinkedIn account, multi-step campaigns, inbox, Kanban pipeline and analytics. The starting published paid workflow for one-account reach/manage needs.
Diamond Pro · €79/monthStarter plus eight-method auto-sourcing, AI lead scoring, AI Hunter and AI Responder.Choose it for the additional AI/sourcing workload, rather than assume AI is part of Basic.
Diamond Plus · €149/monthPro plus Signal Radar, Post Spy, three connected accounts and priority support.Monitoring or the published account capacity; do not infer capacity above three.

The current catalogue gives each job a different gate. The free profile sample can validate the audience and receiver fields, while a ready campaign or AI buyer can review the appropriate subscription directly. Neither consuming the free allowance nor buying a pack is a mandatory prerequisite to a subscription. A useful free audience also does not demonstrate how a paid campaign or AI feature behaves in your workflow.

Keep five routes on the shortlist

Official mechanics checked 13 October 2026. Native pipeline, downstream integration and agent orchestration are different functions.
ToolUseful coverageQuote and scope to resolve
LeadsforlinkedFind/Reach/Manage/Automate catalogue with Starter campaigns/inbox/Kanban, Pro AI and Plus monitoring/accounts.Use the required monthly plan above. Free/Basic extraction is a separate entry job.
WaalaxyCampaigns and sequence/import functions; separately sold inbox. Its AI beta is a distinct offer.Confirm the sending-license period. Inbox adds €20/month ex tax. Do not combine an ambiguous headline quote with that add-on.
HeyReachCampaigns, unified inbox, client workspaces, native imports and API/MCP orchestration.Growth $79/month per sender below ten, with a different ten-plus rate. A sender is a connected LinkedIn account, not a teammate.
KanboxNative inbox, Kanban campaigns, cloud execution and documented AI scoring/reply controls.Starter $20/month; $12 monthly equivalent billed annually. One concurrent campaign and 300 monthly imports; higher plans have different limits and AI gates.
EvabootProfile export/email-search workflow with API/MCP, search building and downstream CRM/webhook handoff.$29/month for 400 credits, plus the required active Sales Navigator source access. Integrations do not establish a native sender or Kanban pipeline.

Do not score these routes with an undefined “limited AI” label. Waalaxy's AI beta advertises targeting, sourcing and conversations at $99/month, separately from ordinary licenses. HeyReach's MCP lets an external agent orchestrate functions; that is different from establishing a built-in autonomous reply SDR. Kanbox documents scoring and AI messages/replies. Compare the actual stage and its control, rather than a yes/no badge.

Evaboot's current API documentation includes natural-language audience-to-Sales-Navigator search building and downstream handoff. Its credit rules charge one credit per exported lead with email search included, even when no email is found; other actions have separate units. A profile-credit quote cannot be converted into a cost per verified email without an actual observed result.

Capture the units before adding prices

A complete quote needs the currency, billing period, account/sender count, source subscription, inbox add-on, usage/import limit and any retained CRM. An annual monthly equivalent is not a monthly contract. Existing licenses may cover part of the job, but you should record that coverage rather than assume a new buyer has them. Keep different currencies separate unless a dated conversion and the exact commitments are deliberately part of the decision.

The current Waalaxy page exposes several billing toggles without binding its extracted figures to a selected period. Keep that license quote held. Kanbox's pricing and AI feature pages show different annual Starter references; use the pricing page for price and the feature/help pages for mechanics. Sales Navigator source access is a separate requirement for Evaboot's own search exports. Its cost belongs in the worksheet only when the reader's actual seat and terms are known.

Worked case: four buyer jobs and three held quotes

The fictional buying exercise preserves eight briefs and quote observations. B01 needs a profile audience; B02 needs one-account campaigns, inbox and pipeline; B03 needs AI sourcing/scoring/replies; B04 needs monitoring and three accounts. Their published own-plan routes are Free/Basic, Starter, Pro and Plus respectively. B05's existing native workspace already covers its declared requirement, so the decision retains it instead of adding another tool.

B06 combines a Waalaxy headline amount with an unknown billing cycle. B07 lacks the source-seat cost needed for a complete Evaboot quote. B08 tries to total different currencies without a conversion basis. All three remain held. The result is five accepted buying routes and three held quote observations. Those are fictional decision counts, not product yields, purchases or a savings benchmark. The exercise contains no forced winner and no forecast conversion rate.

Fictional teaching observations; all originals remain in the downloadable exercise.

Use the coverage and quote worksheet

For each required stage, name the tool that currently supplies it and the paid gate if a new feature is needed. Record whether it is native, an external integration or a manual handoff. Then capture the billing inputs and unresolved terms. A missing native pipeline does not automatically invalidate a stack that uses an appropriate main CRM. An included inbox does not establish that every conversation or custom field survives an export.

The local selector maps your declared job to the published Leadsforlinked plan, and lets you retain an adequate existing workspace. It does not compute a vendor total or perform a product action. The blank worksheet leaves buyer-specific values empty; the case files preserve the original inputs and explain which quotes stayed held.

Map your requirement to the published plan

This local worksheet applies the displayed monthly gates. It does not connect an account or execute a workflow.

A stated requirement is your brief, not evidence that a product has fulfilled it. See the current catalogue for the existing plan route.

The case labels and partitions describe this fictional policy. They do not establish actual export headers, product events or executed handoffs.

Choose coverage and ownership before replacement

If your actual gap is a profile audience, use the free input sample and inspect the returned identities and required fields. If the gap is campaigns or AI, select the corresponding paid workflow. Keep an established source, sender, inbox or CRM that already serves its stage. The decision is which requirement a purchase completes, not whether a product can claim every category label. Linked official offers support this comparison; no authenticated execution or comparative performance trial is represented.

Frequently asked questions

Can 100 free profiles test the full paid suite?

No. They evaluate source data. Leadsforlinked campaigns/inbox/Kanban start at Starter, AI at Diamond Pro, and monitoring/three accounts at Diamond Plus.

Which plan covers one-account campaigns and pipeline?

Starter at €29 monthly publishes one connected account, multi-step campaigns, inbox, Kanban and analytics. Basic at €4.99 covers extraction, CSV and audiences.

Does an external CRM mean a stack is incomplete?

No. An established system of record can remain appropriate. Compare native functions, actual integrations and manual handoffs against the required workflow.

How do I compare an unresolved vendor quote?

Keep currency, period, account/sender unit, source access and add-ons explicit. Hold a total when a required input is unknown; an annual monthly equivalent is not a monthly commitment.
