Keep genuinely new prospects
Compare your prospect export with a customer, CRM or do-not-contact export. Rows with matching identifiers are separated; uncertain rows stay in a review file.

The preview shows up to 20 rows. Downloads include the complete result. Review the matching fields before importing into another system.
Start with the people you want to reach.
Leadsforlinked extracts LinkedIn profiles to CSV. Start with 100 free leads, no card, then use this workbench to prepare the list for your next step.

Exclude existing contacts: use matching profile URLs, emails or record IDs to separate contacts already in another list. A row without a usable identifier is marked for review, rather than silently treated as new.
Merge exports: match email and profile identifiers across two files. Conflicting identifiers or fields are reported for review. Names are preserved as supplied and are never used as identity proof.
Compare snapshots: see new identifiers, identifiers missing from the newer file and changed fields. Missing from this export does not establish a job change or departure.
For the original sourcing step, use the existing LinkedIn export guide. For destination requirements, read the CRM integration guide. Requirements differ by system; a clean CSV does not automatically satisfy every import schema.
Frequently asked questions
Are my lead files uploaded?
The workbench reads and processes the files locally in your browser. It does not send their contents to a server. Clear the workspace to remove the loaded data from this page.
Does a matching name prove two rows are the same person?
No. Choose a profile URL, email or another identifier you trust. The merge mode uses email and LinkedIn profile identifiers, and sends conflicting or missing identifiers to review.
Does missing from an export mean someone left a company?
No. Missing means the chosen identifier was present in the first file and absent from the second. Changes in filters or export coverage can produce the same result.
Can I use files from different tools?
Yes, when both files have a header row and you map equivalent identifiers. Review the headers and conflict output. Different tools may use different field definitions.
What does Excel-safe export change?
It prefixes cells that could be interpreted as spreadsheet formulas with an apostrophe. Leave it off when you need the original cell text for a CRM import, and handle the file carefully.
