The 3 integration strategies

1. Native integration (cleanest)

Tool pushes leads directly into the CRM via API. Best for: HubSpot, Pipedrive. Works with Surfe, HubSpot Sales Chrome extension, or built-in Lead4Linked HubSpot connector (Outreach plan).

2. Zapier middleware (most flexible)

Lead4Linked exports CSV. Zapier picks up the file, transforms fields, pushes to CRM. Cost: $20-29/mo Zapier Starter. Use this when your CRM is less common (Notion, Airtable, Monday, ActiveCampaign).

3. Manual CSV import (cheapest)

Export CSV from Lead4Linked, import into the CRM via UI. All major CRMs accept CSV. Free, but 10-15 min per batch.

HubSpot setup (most common)

  1. In Lead4Linked Outreach, connect HubSpot via OAuth.
  2. Map LinkedIn fields to HubSpot contact properties (name, title, company, LinkedIn URL).
  3. Toggle "auto-create contacts on new lead" on.
  4. Toggle "sync sequences as HubSpot tasks" if you want call/email tracking.

Pipedrive setup

  1. Create a Zapier account.
  2. Trigger: "New file in folder" (Lead4Linked drops CSV exports there).
  3. Action: "Create Person in Pipedrive" with mapped fields.
  4. Optionally chain: "Create Deal" with stage = "New lead".

Salesforce setup

Native LinkedIn integration requires Sales Navigator Advanced ($149/mo). Cheaper path: export CSV from Lead4Linked, use Salesforce Data Loader for bulk import. 30-min one-time setup, free thereafter.

Notion / Airtable setup

Both accept CSV import. For Airtable, map columns to fields. For Notion, paste CSV into a database. Total time: under 5 minutes per batch.

Lead4Linked exports map to every major CRM.
