Check your LinkedIn identifier column
Rules checked 13 Oct 2026No file loaded.
Local limits: 5 MiB and 50,000 data records. These are this checker's limits, not a provider allowance. Duplicate headers remain selectable by position.
A candidate is a shape check, not a verified person or a successful enrichment. Repeated keys retain all supplied observations.

What the file check tells you
This independent checker applies a narrow, conservative review layer to the original data. Standard-shaped public URLs remain candidates for identity review. Sales Navigator routes, opaque-looking ACw values, formatting changes and repeated keys are held with reasons.
The generic key is shown separately. It helps compare supplied observations; it does not establish which person an identifier represents. No aliases are inferred, identifiers rewritten or profile pages fetched.
Check the actual person and receiving workflow before choosing a source purchase. A parsing problem or a missing phone number is a different job from needing more usable profiles.
Keep a working native route
Kaspr's current CSV documentation asks for a public-person URL field and at most three columns; name mapping is optional. Its CSV route excludes Sales Navigator links and discourages an ACw example. Phone/email requirements remain downstream checks.
Kaspr also documents a native Sales Navigator extension workflow. A working native route can complete your job. Read the identifier handoff guide before buying another exporter.

Need another reviewed profile audience?
If your existing source cannot cover the people your next job needs, test the published 100-profile signup allowance, without a card. Verify your email, inspect the first batch of 20 in the app audience, and export the actual CSV there. Check its identity and fields against your destination before choosing more volume or a full workflow plan.

Frequently asked questions
Does a candidate mean Kaspr will enrich it?
A candidate means only that the original URL fits this checker's conservative public-profile shape. Person identity, destination mapping, credits and required contact data need separate checks. No vendor upload is performed.
Does this convert Sales Navigator or opaque IDs?
No. Those values stay in the review ledger with their original records. The checker makes no request to resolve a person or rewrite an identifier.
Are file contents uploaded?
This page reads and checks the selected file in your browser. Its processing code makes no file-content, profile or enrichment requests and saves no browser storage. Clearing removes this page's loaded workspace; your original files and downloaded copies remain.
What do the downloads contain?
The JSON retains the original text, headers, parsed rows and review decisions. The CSV is a full review ledger with source columns labelled by position; formula-like cells receive a leading apostrophe for spreadsheet safety. Neither download is a Kaspr import payload.
