The LinkedIn tools pricing and policy index

68 LinkedIn prospecting, extraction and B2B contact products in one table. Free tier, entry price, Sales Navigator requirement, credit expiry and CSV export, each one transcribed from the vendor's own pricing page, help centre or changelog and stamped with the date it was checked.

Nobody in this market publishes one of these. That is not an accident. Building it means admitting that 6 of these vendors publish no price at all, that 4 more publish one we could not retrieve, and that 29 of them state two different figures on their own website. We wrote all of that down instead of smoothing it over.

An open printed reference volume on a desk, the format this index borrows: one row per subject, every entry dated and sourced.

How this was built

  • Vendor primary sources only. Every figure comes from the vendor's own pricing page, help centre, changelog, terms or developer documentation. Review sites, comparison blogs and competitor pages were used only to locate a vendor URL, never as a source for a number.
  • Every figure carries a date. 55 rows were verified on 2026-09-05, 12 on 2026-09-04, and one, our own product, on 2026-09-06 from our own pricing page.
  • Currency exactly as the vendor prints it. A bare dollar sign stays a bare dollar sign when the vendor never says USD. Euro prices stay in euros. LinkedIn's own comma decimals are left as LinkedIn writes them.
  • Monthly is never quietly mixed with annual. Where a vendor publishes an annual equivalent it is labelled as one. Where the annual figure exists only as a percentage badge, the cell says the figure was not rendered rather than computing it.
  • Conflicts are recorded, not resolved. When a vendor's own site states two different figures, both appear and neither is chosen. Those 29 cases are listed in full below.
  • No safety ranking, no enforcement numbers. LinkedIn publishes no statistics on account restrictions tied to third-party tools, so no percentage in this category has a primary source. This index carries prices, policies and dates, and nothing about who gets caught.

Seamless.AIdata providerYes, and no trial is offered. "Free", "1 User", "50 Credits", "Sign up free". Whether the 50 credits renew is not stated. Not published. The exact wording on both paid cards is "Contact sales". A phone number is published instead. The extension works on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, with Sales Navigator optional.No. "any unused credits will roll over to the next month". Rollover cap not stated. Verification is free, duplicates are free ("you are only charged once per unique email address"), and invalid or unknown results are not charged.Yes, CSV and Excel in and out, plus integrations. Agency "$999 for 50 seats/month", Agency unlimited "$1999 for unlimited seats/month". Annual is stated as "Pay 10 months & get 2 months free" with no figure published. Not stated on any page fetched. help.skylead.io returns HTTP 403, so this is unverifiable by fetch. Not documented. An AI data enrichment add-on is sold at "$1 for 100 credits". What one credit buys, rollover and expiry are not stated. Not documented on any page fetched, including post-cancellation handling.
Smartlead conflictmultichannel senderNo free tier. "Try for free and pick a plan later" and "All plans come with a free trial and no credit card is required to get started." Trial length is not stated anywhere on the page.$39 / month (Base), $32.50 on annual billing. Warm-up is an add-on at "$59 /month" on Base and Pro, so the real floor is $98 / month. Unlimited Smart at $174 is the cheapest plan with warm-up included. Not applicable. Email only. No LinkedIn feature on the pricing page. Not documented. Verification credits are sold in blocks of 6k up to 960k, "One Time" or "Monthly (Save 17%)". Rollover, expiry and duplicate handling are absent. Not documented on the pricing page. Export is excluded from Trial.$39.00 / month (Starter). LinkedIn account slots are not included: "LinkedIn account slots are not included in the price and are purchased separately at $69/mo per slot." Starter plus one slot is $108 / month. Annual is labelled "Save 25%" but renders no result. Not mentioned. LinkedIn access is sold as paid account slots instead.Enrichment tokens expire: "Each token package is valid for 90 days", and stacked packages spend the soonest expiring first. "Unused credits rollover" appears only inside the Ultra block, so it is not established for lower tiers."Unlimited export" and "Unlimited prospect storage" on paid plans, excluded from Trial. Fields, row caps and post-cancellation handling not documented.
Surfedata providerYes, permanent. "$0/user/mo", with "20 / mo" email and "5 / mo" mobile credits, 1,000 search results per week.$49 / user / month (Essential), $39 on annual billing. Not required. No Sales Navigator or CRM dependency is stated on the pricing page.Yes. From the terms: "any Credits which you purchase but fail to use before the end of a given Subscription Period CANNOT be rolled over", and on early termination "you will NOT be refunded for any unused Credits". Purchased extra credits are valid 3 months. On annual billing the allowance is stated as one yearly pool ("1,800 / yr", "12,000 / yr"), not a monthly refresh.Yes, CSV export and CRM push. Search row caps: 1,000 results per week on Free and Essential, "10,000 results per day" on Pro.
Tapliocontent toolNo free tier. "The 7-day free trial gives you full Pro access, all features, unlimited credits, and advanced engagement tools." Plus a "30-day money-back guarantee". Card requirement not stated."$39/mo" (Starter), "$32/mo ($384/year)" annual. The pricing page is JS-rendered and yields no tiers to fetch; these figures come from Taplio's own blog and need a dated browser check. Not applicable. No page fetched mentions one.Not documented. AI usage is described in credits, but the per-tier allowance, what one credit buys, expiry and rollover are all absent. Not documented. No export, field list, row cap or post-cancellation statement found.
Trigify conflictsignal intelligenceNo free plan. "Free for the first 14 days" and "Start 14-day trial". Whether a card is required is not stated.$40 / month (Starter, 4,000 credits, 2 seats). Max $199 / month. No annual toggle appears on the page. Overages "$0.012 / credit".Not mentioned. Notable negative: neither trigify.io nor its pricing page names LinkedIn in product copy; the copy says "Business Network" instead. Whether a user connects their own LinkedIn account is not stated by the vendor. Not stated on the pricing page or the help centre article. "Credits power signals, enrichments, engagement & Jarvis runs."CSV export is not stated. "CRM sync + account scoring" appears on all plans, and "API Access" in the comparison table.
Upscale Outreachmultichannel senderNot verifiable by fetch. No pricing page exists to state one.No public price and no pricing page. upscale.ai/pricing, /pricing/, /product and /product/cadence-and-automation all return HTTP 404. The sitemap returns 24 URLs, all of them advertising pages for a different business, with zero sales-engagement URLs.Not verifiable by fetch. Not verifiable by fetch. Not verifiable by fetch. Post-cancellation data handling is unknowable here, which is the point.
Valley conflictautomationNo free tier. "7 day free trial with no restrictions". Card requirement not stated.$199 / month (Everything, 1 seat, 1 LinkedIn account). $149 / month on quarterly billing, a figure that appears only in the FAQ and not in the pricing table. Everything + Deep $499 monthly, $419 quarterly. Not mentioned on the pricing page. Unverifiable by fetch. Not published. "Valley Deep, Lead Search" credits, with unit price, expiry and rollover all absent. Not documented on the pricing page. Post-cancellation handling not stated.
Waalaxy conflictautomationContested inside the vendor's own material. The pricing page advertises only a 14-day trial. A permanent freemium tier of 3 actions per day per type is described in Waalaxy's own blog documentation but is not surfaced on the pricing page. Saying flatly that Waalaxy has a free plan, and saying flatly that it has none, would both be misleading.Pro EUR 19 / user / month (300 invites, 25 email credits). Advanced EUR 49 (800, 500). Business EUR 69 (800, 500). Quarterly -20 percent, yearly -50 percent.Optional.Not recorded. Not recorded.
Wiza conflictdata providerYes, but stated two ways on the same page. The free plan is "$0" with "20 valid emails" and "5 phone numbers", "No credit card required"; elsewhere the same page says new accounts get "25 free credits".$49 / month (Starter pay as you go, 100 emails and 100 phones). Annual: Email at $82.50 per month, billed $990/yr; Email + Phone at $165.83 per month, billed $1,990/yr. Overage $0.15 per email, $0.35 per phone.Optional. Wiza exports "from a Sales Navigator list, Recruiter project, Wiza Prospect list, or uploading a CSV", so Sales Navigator is one input among several.Partly documented. Whether monthly plan credits roll over is unverifiable by fetch. Duplicates are free: "Export credits are NOT deducted for people who have already been exported or saved to your Wiza account." "Unlimited" is capped: "You can enrich up to 500 profiles in 24 hours" and a "hard cap of 2,500 export credits per month".Yes, CSV and CRM. Bulk exports consume export credits and are capped at 2,500 per month on annual plans.
Zeekeo conflictagencyNo free tier. One promotional offer on the homepage: "New to Zeekeo Launchpad? Get a free month with code 1MONTHFREE." No trial length or conditions are published."$149 / seat / mo" (Launchpad, the DIY tier). The Elite done-for-you tier is quoted at two different floors on the same site, see the conflict. Currency is a bare "$" with no country qualifier. Not mentioned anywhere on zeekeo.com. Neither required nor excluded. Unverified.None published. Launchpad is a flat per-seat subscription with no documented contact, email or enrichment allowance. Not documented. The site mentions "CRM integrations" and "analytics dashboards" but no export, no field list and no post-cancellation data rule.
ZoomInfodata providerYes, ZoomInfo Lite. "10 credits monthly" or "25 credits with Community Edition", and "No card required, no annual commitment, no expiration". Community Edition is contributory: the higher allowance is earned, not given. Not published. Vendor wording: "No specific dollar amounts in dollars are published because pricing is based on consumption and varies by organization." www.zoominfo.com/pricing returns HTTP 403 to both WebFetch and curl, so even the page is unverifiable by fetch. Not applicable.Lite credits carry "no expiration". Paid credit expiry, rollover and duplicate handling are not published. Not documented on any fetchable vendor page. Post-cancellation handling is not published.

What we could not verify

This section is the reason to trust the rest of the page. 15 of the 68 products have an entry price we could not confirm from the vendor's own pricing page. Every published index in this category fills those cells anyway, usually with a number copied from a review site that copied it from another review site. We left them empty and wrote down why.

No price is published at all (6)

These vendors sell by quote. There is no number to find, so there is no number here.

  • Cognism. Not published. Every tier reads "Talk to sales" or "Talk to an expert". Credits are annual per user: Standard 10,000, Pro 12,000.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Lite. Not published. The Recruiter Lite page contains no currency string anywhere in its HTML, and there is no /recruiter-lite/pricing page (404). LinkedIn: "LinkedIn Recruiter pricing varies based on your organization's needs."
  • Proxycurl. Not purchasable. nubela.co/proxycurl opens with an interstitial: "Proxycurl is no longer in service."
  • Seamless.AI. Not published. The exact wording on both paid cards is "Contact sales". A phone number is published instead. Four capabilities are marked "Add-on" on every tier including Enterprise, none of them priced.
  • Upscale Outreach. No public price and no pricing page. upscale.ai/pricing, /pricing/, /product and /product/cadence-and-automation all return HTTP 404. The sitemap returns 24 URLs, all of them advertising pages for a different business, with zero sales-engagement URLs.
  • ZoomInfo. Not published. Vendor wording: "No specific dollar amounts in dollars are published because pricing is based on consumption and varies by organization." www.zoominfo.com/pricing returns HTTP 403 to both WebFetch and curl, so even the page is unverifiable by fetch.

A price exists but the page would not give it up (4)

These pages either blocked automated fetching or rendered their prices only in JavaScript. The failure mode is recorded exactly, because it tells you something: a vendor that blocks crawlers is making a choice, and a pricing page that renders no price to a plain request is one that no machine, including the ones now answering buying questions, can read.

  • ContactOut. Not verifiable by fetch. Two fetches of contactout.com/pricing returned the plan scaffolding with empty "$" placeholders. Vendor-indexed text says "plans start at just $29/mo". A data-scope toggle changes the price: "Exclude US/UK Data 50% off" against "Include US/UK Data".
  • Meet Alfred. Not verifiable by fetch. Every meetalfred.com URL returned HTTP 403, and the vendor's robots.txt applies "Disallow: /" to named AI crawlers including ClaudeBot and GPTBot, citing "express reservations of rights under Article 4 of the European Union Directive 2019/790". The block is deliberate and vendor documented, not an outage.
  • Prospeo. Not verifiable by fetch. prospeo.io/pricing returned only its title, and the help centre defers: "For current pricing, visit our pricing page." Plan names and credit allowances come from the help centre.
  • RocketReach. Not verifiable by fetch. rocketreach.co/pricing returns HTTP 200 but the body is an 11 KB Cloudflare and SPA shell with zero price strings. The only obtainable vendor figure, "starting at $33 per month", is a marketing-page phrase and not a plan price. Tier names confirmed: Free, Base ($5), Starter/Loyalty, Essentials, Pro, Ultimate, API, Enterprise.

Priced, but not on the pricing page (5)

For these the figure is still the vendor's own, taken from the vendor's blog, its help centre, its public plan API or its search-indexed pages, because the pricing page itself returned nothing. That is a weaker source than a pricing page and it is labelled as one.

  • Apollo.io. $49/user/mo billed annually (Basic). Apollo states annual billing "saves 20% compared to monthly"; the monthly list prices did not render.
  • GetProspect. $49 / month (Starter, 1,000 valid emails plus 2,000 verifications), $34 on annual billing. Annual prices for the Growth tiers were not verified.
  • Lobstr.io. $20 / month (starter, 10,000 credits), $192/yr which is $16 per month. The public /pricing and /store pages display no prices; these figures come from api.lobstr.io/v1/plans, the vendor's own endpoint.
  • PhantomBuster. Start $69 / month ($56 annual, 20 hours, 5 slots). Grow $159 ($128, 80 hours, 15 slots). Scale $439 ($352, 300 hours, 50 slots). Billed in EUR or USD by location.
  • Taplio. "$39/mo" (Starter), "$32/mo ($384/year)" annual. The pricing page is JS-rendered and yields no tiers to fetch; these figures come from Taplio's own blog and need a dated browser check.

Two more gaps worth naming. LinkedIn itself publishes no Recruiter or Recruiter Lite price anywhere: the Recruiter Lite page contains no currency string in its HTML and there is no pricing URL. And LinkedIn publishes no number for connection requests or invitations, per day, per week or per month. The figures everyone quotes for both come from somewhere other than LinkedIn.

Vendors that contradict themselves

29 of the 68 products state two different figures on their own website, sometimes on the same page on the same day. These are not our arithmetic and not a competitor's claim. Both figures are the vendor's own words. We record both and resolve none, because choosing one would mean guessing which half of a vendor's site is the true one.

Aimfox

Annual against the advertised discount. The toggle says "up to -25%", but "$390/year" against "$49 / month" is a 34 percent cut. Both figures are on the vendor site.

Source sheet: tools/aimfox.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Botdog

Annual price, three figures on one vendor site. The pricing page says $48 / $55 / $69 monthly less "30%". The blog of 2026-08-14 says annual $35 / $39 / $49. The blog of 2026-02-04 says "$48-$69/month annually" with monthly "$69-$99/month". Thirty percent off $48 is $33.60, not $35.

Source sheet: tools/botdog.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Clay

Two prices and two credit counts on clay.com/pricing on the same day. Cards: Launch "$167/mo", Growth "$446/mo", Launch 3,000 data credits. FAQ on the same page: "Launch (starting at $185/mo)" with 2,500 Data Credits, "Growth (starting at $495/mo)".

Source sheet: tools/clay.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

ContactOut

Free allowance, three figures on one vendor site: "10 credits free", "5 free credits daily", "15 credits a day". Also recorded: "3 phone numbers reveals per month" and a "1 user per company limit on the free plan".

Source sheet: tools/contactout.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Emelia

Emelia's own Waalaxy hub mixes currency inside one table: "Pro: $19" beside "Advanced: EUR 49" and "Business: EUR 69", plus a "Freemium: EUR 0" tier that Waalaxy's own pricing page does not surface.

Source sheet: tools/emelia.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

FullEnrich

Currency, inside one vendor page. The free trial is priced "$0" while every paid figure on the same page is in euros.

Source sheet: tools/fullenrich.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Instantly

Credit tier price, inside instantly.ai/pricing. The Scale bundle breakdown calls the included credits "Supersonic Credits $197/mo"; the Credits tab prices Supersonic at "$97 /monthly". Bundle arithmetic favours $97. Also on the same page: two different annual discounts (Outreach 20 percent, Credits 10 percent), and Light Speed shown as both "500 000" and "500 000+" emails monthly.

Source sheet: tools/instantly.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Kanbox

Seat unit, inside the pricing page. Essential and Pro are labelled "/LinkedIn Account/month"; Starter is labelled only "/month". The vendor does not resolve which applies.

Source sheet: tools/kanbox.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Kaspr

Free-plan B2B email allowance conflicts inside Kaspr's own site: the pricing table says 15 credits, the help centre says unlimited. Do not publish a single number.

Source sheet: competitor-facts.md. Verified 2026-09-04.

La Growth Machine

The pricing page as fetched returned EUR 120 per identity for both Pro and Ultimate, two different tiers at the same price.

Source sheet: tools/la-growth-machine.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Lempod

The ladder is not monotonic. Unlimited at $199.99 lists 102,500 engagements, identical to Enterprise at $1,499.99, while Corporate at $799.99 lists only 51,000.

Source sheet: tools/lempod.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Lix

Annual saving. The annual tab badge reads "Save 16%", but the catalogue figures imply roughly 20 percent on the Leads tiers.

Source sheet: tools/lix.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Lusha

Phone-credit cost conflicts inside Lusha's own site: the pricing page says 10, the docs say 5. Seat counts per plan are unpublished by the vendor.

Source sheet: competitor-facts.md. Verified 2026-09-04.

Northlight

Two conflicts on northlight.ai. Trial: the header says "free for 7 days", while the FAQ answer to "Is there a free trial?" offers only "a free onboarding session" and never mentions 7 days. Units: the plan cards meter "AI requests", the FAQ meters "credits", and no conversion between them is published.

Source sheet: tools/northlight.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Prospeo

Free tier, two allowances on one vendor site: "100 credits per month" (help centre) against "75 verified emails and 100 Chrome extension credits" (prospeo.io/s).

Source sheet: tools/prospeo.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Reachium

Volume pricing differs between two pages of the same site on the same day. The homepage prices $63 per account at 10 accounts and $52 at 50; the pricing page prices $63 at 10+, $65 at 50+ and $50 at 100+.

Source sheet: tools/linkednav-reachium.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Reply.io

Three conflicts on reply.io/pricing. Agency reads "Starts from $ 210 /month" on its card and "Starts from $166" in the sticky comparison header. The Multichannel mailbox allowance reads 5 in the monthly rendering and 10 in the annual rendering. Two different annual discounts are advertised on one page: "save up to 17%" and "save up to 50%".

Source sheet: tools/reply-io.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Salesforge

Two conflicts on salesforge.ai/pricing. The stack calculator lists Salesforge $96 plus Leadsforge $49 plus Primeforge $123 plus Mailforge $86 plus Infraforge $109, a sum of $463, then prints "Estimated total $2,608 /month". The same calculator prices Salesforge at $96/mo while the plan card prices Growth at $80/mo.

Source sheet: tools/salesforge.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

SalesRobot

Daily limits, inside the vendor's own site. The homepage and FAQ both state a flat "up to 75 connection requests a day" while the pricing page caps Basic at 20 per day.

Source sheet: tools/salesrobot.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Scrapingdog

Top of the ladder. Two reads of the same page on the same day returned NOVA PRO as both "$30,000" and "$30".

Source sheet: tools/scrapingdog.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Scrupp

Architecture, and the vendor contradicts itself in plain words. Pricing page: "All scraping runs in the cloud" and "Once the export starts, Scrupp runs in the cloud." Homepage: "Scrupp runs as a Chrome extension inside your own logged-in browser session...No headless web scraping or data scraping from a remote server."

Source sheet: tools/scrupp.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

SignalHire

"Unlimited" against a published cap, on the same cards. The tiers advertise "UNLIMITED exports" and an "Unlimited Package" while a tooltip on those same cards reads: "fair usage policy restricts excessive data extraction. According to the policy, your spending is limited to 2k credits per month."

Source sheet: tools/signalhire.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Skrapp.io

Price, on two fetches of skrapp.io/pricing the same day. Professional returned as both "$29" and "$39 /month Billed annually"; Enterprise as both "$262" and "$349 /month Billed annually". The markup attaches "Billed annually" to the higher figure in both cases, which would make annual billing more expensive than monthly.

Source sheet: tools/skrapp.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Smartlead

Send volume, inside smartlead.ai/pricing. Unlimited Prime appears as both "500K" and "510K" emails per month on the same page.

Source sheet: tools/smartlead.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Trigify

Platform count, both figures vendor copy on the same day. The homepage says "11+ socials"; the CLI blog post says "7 Platforms".

Source sheet: tools/trigify.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Valley

Two conflicts on joinvalley.co. The pricing page title reads "Everything Unlocked From $149/mo" while the body of the same page reads "$199/mo". Two footers on that page read "(c) 2025 Valley" and "(c) 2026 Valley".

Source sheet: tools/valley.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Waalaxy

Free tier. The pricing page shows a 14-day trial only, while Waalaxy's own blog documentation describes a permanent freemium tier of 3 actions per day per type. Both are the vendor's own material.

Source sheet: competitor-facts.md. Verified 2026-09-04.

Wiza

Free tier, two figures on wiza.co/pricing. "20 valid emails" and "5 phone numbers" against "25 free credits".

Source sheet: tools/wiza.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Zeekeo

Two conflicts on zeekeo.com. Elite floor: the homepage says "From $649 / mo", the pricing page says "From $600 / mo". Quarterly discount: the homepage says "Quarterly saves 15%", the pricing page says "Save 20%+".

Source sheet: tools/zeekeo.md. Verified 2026-09-05.

Two of a different kind. Cognism owns Kaspr, disclosed in a single mid-page clause on one comparison page while the Cognism homepage and pricing page do not mention Kaspr at all. And two direct competitors make opposite architecture claims about the same platform: Reachium says it "integrates through LinkedIn's official API", while LinkedNav says it uses "server-side execution via headless browsers" and calls that "much safer than simple API-side requests". Microsoft's own LinkedIn developer documentation lists six API business lines, none of which sends connection requests, sends messages to members or performs people search.

Changed in 2026

Repricings, acquisitions, shutdowns and pivots, each with the date the vendor published or the docket recorded. Undated entries say so rather than guessing. This is the half of a comparison table that goes stale first, and the reason a reference without dates is worth nothing.

Dated changes to LinkedIn prospecting tools, 2025 and 2026
Date Product What changed
2025-01-24ProxycurlLinkedIn Corporation v. Nubela Pte. Ltd., Proxycurl LLC, Steven Goh, Bach Le, No. 3:25-cv-00828, N.D. Cal. Complaint filed. Docket entry 1 via CourtListener RECAP.
2025-05-12ZoomInfoNasdaq ticker changed from ZI to GTM, effective after market close, announced alongside GTM Studio. Both ir.zoominfo.com and www.zoominfo.com return 403 to direct fetch, so confirm the date in a browser.
2025-07-04ProxycurlThe founder announced the shutdown on nubela.co: "In January earlier this year (2025), LinkedIn filed a lawsuit against Proxycurl." He calls it a "~$10M revenue business before we had to shut it down".
2025-07-25ProxycurlJudgment entered, docket entry 28, short description "Judgment". The document text was not fetched, so the terms are not established here. The founder's own later word for the outcome is "settled".
2025-07-29LempodThe extension left the Chrome Web Store and is now distributed as a sideloaded zip, with install instructions in the vendor's own support docs. The support docs give no reason and no date.
2025-12-11 to 2026-01-16Zopto, now ZeekeoZopto closed inside this window; its homepage was replaced with "Zopto - Site Closed". Re-tested 2026-09-05: zopto.com now resolves with HTTP 200 at www.zeekeo.com. The word "Zopto" appears nowhere on zeekeo.com, and the pricing page carries no migration notice and no legacy-customer path.
2026-01-09Captain DataVendor changelog: "Captain Data v3 has been officially sunset. All v3 features and endpoints are no longer available". Our own earlier note dated the no-code product's death to 31 December 2025. No vendor page states that date. Both are recorded, neither is resolved.
2026-03-11ClayNew pricing took effect. Vendor FAQ: "New pricing takes effect March 11, 2026." Starter, Explorer and Pro were retired for new customers. Clay's own pricing memo says old Pro was "$800" per month against new Growth "$495", marketplace data cost cut "50-90%", and the top-up premium cut from 50 percent to 30 percent. Migration is optional: "You'll stay on your current plan by default".
2026-03-19Apollo.ioApollo acquired Pocus. Pocus: "Pocus is joining Apollo!" and "for now, nothing changes in the platform." Terms not disclosed.
2026-03-25HeyReachLinkedIn removed the HeyReach company page and restricted the CEO, CTO, CRO and CMO personal profiles. Verified from HeyReach's own blog, which states the product and customer campaigns were unaffected: "The dashboard did not blink." There is no evidence of mass customer suspensions, IP blocks or a cease-and-desist.
2026-04TrigifyTrigify CLI and Trigify Skills shipped, per the vendor blog post "Social Listening CLI for AI Agents: Automate 7 Platforms". The CLI is pitched at building AI agents rather than at sales reps.
2026-04 to 2026-05OverloopAcquired by Sortlist. Vendor blog, page carrying "Content review Apr 2026" and "Last updated May 2026": "Overloop has been acquired by Sortlist... Existing Overloop customers keep the same product, pricing, and team." No announcement date is published, so the exact date is not stated here.
2026-06-09SurfeSearch credit consumption changed from results/25 to "results/10", which is 2.5 times more credits per search.
2026-06-19SurfePersonal-email enrichment added, "Personal emails are priced separately".
2026-07ValleyRepricing. FAQ verbatim: "Pricing changed July 2026 ... previously from $395/month." Every third-party page still quoting $395 is stale. Valley Studios, the done-for-you tier, is closed to new customers: "Currently not accepting more users, join our waitlist".
2026-08-17SurfeEnrichment quota raised to "50,000 profiles per day", up from 2,000.
2026-08-24LeadIQUniversal Credits launched, per the vendor blog post "Introducing Universal Credits: One credit system to power every part of your GTM motion". Any comparison page written before that date describes a retired credit model.
2026-09-05Upscale OutreachThe sales engagement product has no live pricing, product or marketing pages on upscale.ai, and the domain serves a different business selling AI-generated streaming TV advertising. No shutdown notice, migration notice or redirect is published by the vendor, and the date of the change is not published. This is narrower than saying the company shut down, and it is what the evidence supports.
2026, date not publishedLeadFuzeRetired self-serve and Fuzebot entirely. What remains is a Data Licence at $1,500 to $2,000 per month behind a request-access form. The former self-serve tier was about $147 to $397, so the entry point moved by roughly four times and lost its user interface.
2026, date not publishedWaalaxyRemoved the free plan from its pricing page. The page now advertises a 14-day trial only.
2026, date not publishedDripifyMoved from dripify.io to dripify.com by 301 redirect.
2026, date not publishedDux-SoupPublished a February 2026 roadmap to go extension-less. Not shipped as of the verification date.
2026, date not publishedEvabootAdded credit rollover, billing pause and an AI-agent integration. Still no free tier.
2026, no changePhantomBusterDid not change prices or rename tiers between November 2025 and July 2026, contrary to widely repeated claims. A negative finding, recorded because the claim keeps circulating.
2026, no changeSales NavigatorCore at US$119.99 per month is confirmed live. The 1 July 2026 effective date circulating for that increase is not verifiable: the compare-plans page carries no last-updated stamp and no LinkedIn page states an effective date. Publish the price, not the date.
2026, no changeMeet AlfredNo price change found between March 2025 and our sweep. The vendor now publishes an AI-crawler exclusion; its introduction date is unknown.

Questions about the method

Where does every figure on this page come from?

From the vendor's own pricing page, help centre, changelog, terms or developer documentation, each one fetched and dated. Review sites, comparison blogs and competitor pages were used only to locate a vendor URL, never as a source for a number. Where a vendor's own site states two different figures, both appear here and neither is chosen.

Why do some cells say a price is not published instead of giving a number?

Because that is the finding. 6 of the 68 products publish no price at all, and 4 publish one that our fetch could not retrieve, usually a JavaScript-only pricing page or an HTTP 403. Filling those cells with a number from a review site is how the wrong figure spreads through this category, so we leave them empty and say why.

What does the conflict tag next to a tool mean?

It means the vendor states two different figures on its own site, sometimes on the same page on the same day. 29 of the 68 products do this. We record both figures and mark the conflict rather than averaging them or picking the friendlier one.

Does this table say which tool is safest to use?

No. LinkedIn publishes no enforcement statistics of any kind, and no per-tool restriction rates exist. Any percentage you see quoted in this category traces back to an uncited blog paragraph. This index carries prices, policies and dates, and no safety ranking.

Can I reuse the data?

Yes. The CSV and the JSON are published under CC BY 4.0. Attribute Leadsforlinked and link back to this page. If you find a figure that has changed, the date on the row tells you how old it is.

We build one of the products in this table

Leadsforlinked is ours. It sits in the table alongside the other 67 products, marked "ours", with its row filled in from our own pricing page under the same rules as everyone else's: currency as printed, monthly kept separate from annual, and the gaps left visible.

You should read this index knowing that. What it should not do is change the numbers, and it has not. We did not soften a competitor's free tier, we did not resolve a conflict in a direction that flatters us, and we did not leave any product out for being better than ours at something. The one thing this index deliberately refuses to do is rank tools by safety, and that refusal costs us more than it costs anyone else, because "no Sales Navigator required" is our pitch and a safety table would be the easiest place to make it.

If a figure here is wrong or has moved, tell us and we will change it and re-date the row. Email admin@konektcrm.com.
