How the workload calculation works

Your weekly total is divided into whole requests across the days you choose. When it does not divide evenly, the first days receive one extra request each until the remainder is used. The daily counts always sum to your chosen total. Day 1 means the first day you plan to work, not a LinkedIn reset day.

This planner does not estimate acceptance, create a warmup ramp, read your account, or send invitations. You can use a zero total to plan a week with no requests. Adjust your plan to the restrictions and messages displayed in your account.

What LinkedIn's own guidance says

LinkedIn's Invitation limit reached page says Basic and Premium members are subject to invitation limits. That page does not provide a numeric weekly allowance. Its invitation restrictions guidance describes reasons requests can be restricted, including many invitations sent in a short time and invitations ignored, left pending, or marked as spam. These sources do not validate any number entered here. Checked 12 October 2026.

For message preparation, see the LinkedIn message generator and connection request copy that converts.

Frequently asked questions

Does this planner tell me how many invitations LinkedIn allows?

No. You supply the weekly request total. This tool only distributes that number across your chosen days; it does not calculate an account allowance, recommend a sending volume, or predict whether LinkedIn will restrict invitations.

How are requests distributed across days?

The planner divides your total by the number of planning days and rounds down to whole requests. Any remainder is assigned one extra request at a time to the first days, so the daily counts add up to your exact weekly total.

Does Premium change the calculation?

No. The calculation uses only your chosen total and number of days. It applies no Premium or Sales Navigator multiplier. LinkedIn states that both Basic and Premium members are subject to invitation limits and restrictions.
