The comparison table

Ten tools, one row each. Skrapp is first because it is what you searched for. Every figure below was read from the named vendor's own page on 5 September 2026 and is reproduced exactly as that page presented it, including the places where a vendor disagrees with itself.

All competitor figures read from the vendor's own pricing page, help centre or plan catalogue on 5 September 2026. Pricing in this category changes without announcement and several of these pages render prices only in a browser, so check the vendor's page before you buy. If you find one of these out of date, tell us and we will re-verify.

Cost per 1,000 results, computed

Nobody in this category publishes this, which is odd, because it is the only number that lets you compare two plans with different allowances. Here it is, computed from the entry paid tier of each tool as printed on 5 September 2026. Divide the monthly price by the included credits, multiply by 1,000.

Skrapp Professional$292,000 credits$14.50Email addresses

Lix Leads 300EUR 39300 emailsEUR 130.00Email addresses
Leadsforlinked packEUR 1.99500 leadsEUR 3.98LinkedIn profile records

Two warnings about that table, because a number without a caveat is worse than no number.

First, the last row is a different unit. A Leadsforlinked lead is a LinkedIn profile record written into a spreadsheet. A Skrapp credit is a work email address that Skrapp found and verified. Those are not interchangeable, and pretending they are is exactly the sleight of hand that makes most comparison pages useless. The honest reading is that these are two purchases, not one, and plenty of teams make both.

Second, Skrapp's effective rate is better than the arithmetic shows. Skrapp's help documentation states that your account is not charged for email credits labelled Invalid or Unknown, and that verification itself consumes no credits. So the $14.50 is paid on results Skrapp considers usable, not on attempts. Several tools in this table bill on the attempt, or bill export separately from discovery. That is a real point in Skrapp's favour and we would rather say it than bury it.

The price conflict on Skrapp's own pricing page

This is the finding that made this page worth writing, and it is the reason we have not printed a single Skrapp price without an alternative beside it.

On 5 September 2026, skrapp.io/pricing was fetched twice, independently. The two reads did not agree.

  • Professional came back as $29 on one read and as $39 /month, Billed annually on the other.
  • Enterprise came back as $262 on one read and as $349 /month, Billed annually on the other.

In both pairs, the words "Billed annually" are attached to the higher figure. Read literally, that says a twelve month commitment costs more per month than paying month to month, on both paid tiers. Every other vendor on this page does the opposite: GetProspect states $49 monthly against $34 annual, Surfe $49 against $39, SignalHire $69 against $57, Apollo advertises annual as saving 20 percent.

We are not going to tell you which number is real, because we do not know and Skrapp has not said. The likeliest mundane explanation is a billing toggle whose default state differs between renders. That is a guess. What is fact is that a buyer reading that page on that day could have come away with two different prices for the same plan.

There is a third figure in circulation, and it is Skrapp's own: its blog describes paid tiers as starting "at $30/month", matching neither price on its own pricing table. Three numbers, one vendor, one product.

Two more things worth knowing before you read any Skrapp price anywhere. No currency symbol is stated on the pricing page: the figures render as bare numbers next to a dollar sign, with no vendor statement of which dollar. And support.skrapp.io returns 403 to automated requests, so the credit rules quoted on this page come from Skrapp's pricing FAQ and the search index of Skrapp's own help articles rather than a direct read of the help centre. That distinction matters and almost nobody makes it.

Practical advice: open skrapp.io/pricing in a normal browser, toggle between monthly and annual, and screenshot what you see before you enter a card. That is thirty seconds of work against a possible 34 percent difference on the Professional tier.

What Skrapp is genuinely good at

Skrapp is a data provider. It finds and verifies work email addresses, it runs a company-domain search, it has a REST API, and it ships a Chrome extension that works on ordinary LinkedIn, on Sales Navigator and on Recruiter. Sales Navigator is optional, not a prerequisite, which already puts it ahead of several tools people compare it against. The vendor states a database of over 200 million B2B leads and over 40 million company profiles.

Here is the honest concession, and it is not a small one: Skrapp's credit contract is more generous than most of the ten tools on this page. Four rules, quoted from Skrapp's own documentation as of 5 September 2026:

  • Your account is not charged for email credits labelled "Invalid" or "Unknown". Only "Valid" or "Catch-all" results consume a credit.
  • Verification is free. Verbatim: "the verification process in Skrapp does not consume credits, your credits are only used when you retrieve an email address."
  • Duplicates are free. Verbatim: "you are only charged once per unique email address."
  • Credits roll over. Verbatim: "any unused credits will roll over to the next month." The cap is not published.

Compare that to Surfe, whose terms state plainly that credits you buy but fail to use before the end of a subscription period cannot be rolled over and are not refunded on early termination. Or Apollo, whose credits expire at the end of each billing cycle with no rollover. Or Prospeo, where unused credits expire at the end of each cycle and the balance resets. On the specific question of "what happens to the credits I did not use", Skrapp treats you better than three tools that cost more.

Skrapp also publishes accuracy claims we will not repeat as fact: 97 percent verification accuracy, a 92 percent search success rate, over 3 billion searches. Those are vendor marketing numbers with no published methodology, exactly like everyone else's here. Treat them as you would treat ours.

Who should stay on Skrapp

Most people reading this, honestly. Three cases in particular.

You already have your list and you need emails for it. This is the case Skrapp is built for. You know the 400 people you want, you have their LinkedIn profiles, and the missing field is a work email. Skrapp finds it, verifies it for free, does not bill you for the misses, and lets the unused balance roll into next month. At $14.50 per 1,000 usable results on the lower published Professional figure, nothing else in this table is meaningfully cheaper on that specific job except Skrapp's own Enterprise tier.

Your volume is spiky. Rollover is the feature that matters for seasonal work, and Skrapp has it while Surfe, Apollo and Prospeo do not. If you send hard in March and September and barely at all in July, a plan that forfeits unused credits monthly is charging you for capacity you never touch.

You want two seats without a per-seat bill. Skrapp's Professional tier includes 2 users and Enterprise 15, on one shared balance. That is friendlier than per-seat tools where a second person doubles the invoice.

Skrapp is also the wrong tool in one obvious case, and it is worth stating because the vendor does not hide it. Skrapp sells no phone numbers. Not as a separate credit, not on any tier. If your sequence has a call step, Skrapp is half your stack and you will be buying a second product regardless of what this page says.

Who is better served by an extractor

Disclosure again, in the section where it matters most: we build Leadsforlinked. It is a Chrome extension that reads LinkedIn result pages and writes the profile records into a CSV. It is not an email finder and it does not compete with Skrapp on the job Skrapp does well.

The reason it is on this page is that a large share of "Skrapp alternative" searches are not really about Skrapp. They come from someone who has realised the harder half of the problem is upstream: which 400 people, not what their email addresses are. An email finder cannot answer that. It enriches a list you already have.

If that is you, here is what we charge and what you get, with no accuracy claims attached because we do not publish numbers we cannot show you the method for.

  • 100 free leads on signup, no card. They arrive in batches of 20 rather than in one burst.
  • 1 credit equals 1 lead, and duplicates are refunded. If the same person appears in two searches you pay once.
  • Credit packs from EUR 1.99 for 500 leads, and packs never expire. That is EUR 3.98 per 1,000 profile records.
  • Subscriptions: Basic at EUR 4.99 per month, or EUR 2.99 per month billed yearly. Starter at EUR 29 adds outreach campaigns. Diamond Pro at EUR 79 adds the AI Responder. Diamond Plus at EUR 149.
  • Sales Navigator is optional, so a Sales Navigator seat is not a hidden line on the invoice.
  • GDPR, EU infrastructure, built in France.

What we will not tell you is that this is safe or officially sanctioned, because nobody in this category can honestly say that. What we will tell you is that the free tier is large enough to judge the output. Take the 100 leads, open the CSV, and count how many rows you would actually contact. That number settles it better than any table, this one included.

The rest of the table, briefly

Findymail is the closest like-for-like swap: $49 a month for 1,000 finder credits plus a matching verifier pool, rollover up to twice your allowance, and a published bounce guarantee under 5 percent with credits refunded above it. A phone costs 10 credits against an email's 1. There is no monthly free tier, only a one-off 10 credits, a real downgrade from Skrapp's 50 a month.

Wiza suits anyone living in Sales Navigator or Recruiter, because exporting those lists is its core job. Its annual "unlimited" plans carry fair use caps stated openly on its own help pages: 500 profiles enriched in 24 hours, roughly 50 in any 5 minute span, and a hard cap of 2,500 bulk export credits a month. Publishing those caps is more honest than most.

Surfe is the CRM-sync answer, and the one to avoid if your usage is lumpy: its terms state that unused credits cannot roll over and are not refunded. On annual billing it states the allowance as a yearly pool, 1,800 emails a year on Essential, not a monthly refresh.

Apollo is a different purchase entirely: a 230 million contact database with a sequencer and dialer attached, at $49 per user per month on annual billing for 30,000 credits a year. A phone costs the same single credit as an email, which is unusually good. Credits do not roll over.

GetProspect, Prospeo and Lix each have a quirk large enough to deserve their own page, and each has one. GetProspect returns 403 to every automated request, so its ladder cannot be confirmed by fetch. Prospeo renders no prices and states its free tier two different ways on its own site. Lix renders no prices either, and its annual tab advertises a saving its own catalogue does not support.

SignalHire advertises unlimited users on every tier, then places a fair use tooltip on the same cards limiting spend to 2,000 credits a month. Both are on the same page. Read the tooltip.

Frequently asked questions

Is Skrapp free?

There is a permanent free plan. Skrapp's pricing page on 5 September 2026 lists Free at 0 with 50 credits and 1 user, including the Email Finder, the Email Verifier and the Chrome extension. The skrapp.io/linkedin page words it as 50 verified emails with no credit card required. No trial of the paid tiers is advertised anywhere on the site.

Why does Skrapp show two different prices for the same plan?

We do not know, and neither does anyone else outside Skrapp. Two independent fetches of skrapp.io/pricing on 5 September 2026 returned Professional as both 29 and 39 per month billed annually, and Enterprise as both 262 and 349 per month billed annually. In both cases the words billed annually sit against the higher number, which would make the annual commitment more expensive than paying monthly. That is the opposite of how annual billing normally works. Check the figure in a browser before you buy.

Does Skrapp give phone numbers?

No. Skrapp sells email addresses only and there is no separate phone credit anywhere in its plans, as of 5 September 2026. If you need mobile numbers you need a second tool. Wiza, Surfe, Prospeo, SignalHire and Apollo all sell phones, usually from a separate credit pool at a higher rate per record.

Do Skrapp credits expire?

Skrapp's pricing FAQ states that any unused credits will roll over to the next month, and both paid tier cards carry the phrase Credits Roll Over. The rollover cap is not published, so we cannot tell you whether unused credits accumulate without limit. Checked 5 September 2026.

What is the best Skrapp alternative for exporting LinkedIn leads to CSV?

That depends on whether you want email addresses or profile records, because they are different products. Skrapp, Findymail, Prospeo and GetProspect sell email addresses out of a database. Lix, Wiza and Leadsforlinked export the LinkedIn result set itself into a spreadsheet. If your job is building a list of the right people first, an extractor is the closer fit. Leadsforlinked gives 100 leads free with no card so you can open the file before spending anything.
